Swolen eye and nose....please help

This is not the first time one of my quail had a swollen eye but this is the worst, there's a big huge swollen Bump by her eye and both her nostrils are swollen, it looks terrible, I've been holding a hot washcloth up to her eye when it starts running, but it is not helped the swelling one bit, has anybody ever seen anything like this?

It could be a sign of mycoplasma (MG,) a chronic and infectious respiratory disease. It can be passed from bird to bird and from bird to chick through hatching eggs. Have you tried expressing any pus from around the eye or sinus? Tylosin (Tylan generic) powder can be used to treat symptoms. Clean the eye twice daily and apply either Terramycin eye ointment or plain Neosporin into the eye. Get Tylosin online here:
