Swollen Crop

Lavender was fine yesterday but I went and checked on her today and her crop was swollen to the right side. She seems to be eating and disposing of waste normally. I tried picking her up and massaging her crop but I don’t think that it helped. The first and second pictures are her. She’s a free range chicken and I’m not sure if that has affected her or not. Any feedback?

Her color and posture are good. She does look like she's eaten quite a lot.
Check her in the morning before she has access to food or water to make sure the crop is empty and flat. If it is, she just gorged herself on something.

I checked it today and her crop is more centered but is now hard and swollen. Any idea what to do?

She might have eaten something like a snake. What do you mean by swollen?

It’s just bigger than normal and I can feel her heartbeat
