Swollen foot pad(s), but not bumble?

We've dealt with yucky respiratory stuff the past week and everyone seems to be on the mend after Tylan treatment. However; I have one of my oldest girls who is 3 that seems to just still not be feeling great. I noticed that she is limping a bit and favoring a foot. She's in the past had a little bumblefoot, but nothing bad and I was able to clean it out and pull the scab off easily. This time, I really don't see anything there aside from swelling and maybe a tiny pinpoint, which looks like the old area that I cleaned out. Could this be infection that I just can't see? Could she just had hurt her foot and the swelling will subside? I'm at a loss and don't want to cut her foot unless absolutely necessary! Help is much appreciated!

Can you post pictures of the foot?
Sure can! She doesn’t seem to be in pain when I touch it, but definitely favoring the foot and obviously doesn’t feel great.

If she's acting a little off and favoring the foot I'd say with the mark and a history of bumblefoot that is probably what it is. You will probably need to soak in epsom salts (which would help even on the off chance it's not a bumble) maybe see if you can get it open a little so it can drain and if there's no core in there maybe use some drawing salve. I recently cured a hen with bumbles on both feet but on one of the feet I must have missed a spot so it came back. It happens, it can be difficult to cure and some hens are prone to it.

I really appreciate you taking the time to help me out. I will soak her in some epsom salts this evening and see if that little pinpoint wants to open a bit and maybe see if I can squeeze any infection out. Being that she had been dealing with a respiratory infection along with the flock, I gave her a few days off antibiotics and she's just still off and isn't wanting to walk much etc. I'll give it a shot!
