Swollen pink eyes in coturnix pharaoh quail

Only a few of the quail I got recently have swollen pink eyes (No drainage noted) and it doesn't seem to bother the birds, but it worries me. I put some antibiotics in there water. I searched and couldn't find anything on the subject? Any ideas or help would be appreciated.

Antibiotics in the water won't work. You need something to put in the eyes. You can try some Terramycin which works well on eye of birds. I have had good luck with Ciloxan drops on a chicken I have that had eye infections in both eyes.
