Tamale Recipes ...anyone???

Hi... This next week I want to make some homemade Tamale's....I know it's alot of work and have already purchased the tools (steamer, corn husks)... Anyone have a good recipe? I'm thinking pork and chicken, want to make a lot and freeze them!

I think it was terrielacey ( I might be wrong there) that had a thread going full of incredible real mexican food, and Im sure she had tamales in there. Ill see if I can find it.

plenty of times its very good, and easy though not quick.

I actually made the meat for a batch last night, found a marked down large package of chicken thighs at the market so its chicken tamales this time.
