Nice update......great 'coop'.

I thought I would post a few pictures. now that things are starting to grow on the roof.

I am happy with our decision to layer the organic layers like we did. Although only about a quarter of what I planted has taken root as I believe the compost is a bit strong yet, the roof is looking green!

I tried to alter the coloring a little bit so the flowers on the roof are visible. I'm afraid they are hard to see, a picture does not do much justice in showing off a bunch of tiny wild flowers.


I have also completed 2 out of 3 planned runs. You can see the gates on either side of the coop. Originaly we were going to attempt 6 rotational runs, but now feel that 3 are enough.

WOW! This is the coolest coop I've ever seen. I love the earthen roof as well.
