the chickens got some big yard privileges and the cats finally got to check out their coop ....now I’m sure they are going to want a new home now

At least the chickens pay their own way

make the cats give you a security deposit - they do a lot of scratch damage, knock things over - just because they can, and probably will mess anywhere they want.
