tball if you are asking if that particular hens egg color will change the answer is no. If I miss understood you forgive me. Now the other hens may lay a different color. You may end up getting a blue green egg from another hen. Hope that helps.

First generation cross (example: marans x ameraucana) is called F1. F2 would be a second generation cross between the F1 olive eggers.

Incorrect. Bred back to Marans is a back cross. F2 is the offspring bred together.
