The hatching period for Turkeys is longer than quail. You can refer to this table for help. It varies depending on the breed.

Hi all.
I need some clarification.
Can anybody tell me is misting and cooling essential for muscovy eggs?
And if so, what day should I start, and what process so I follow?

Also, these two eggs I have are on day 30 today.
Ideally should have misted/cooled from earlier I understand, but mumma duck and a silky chook WERE brooding on them until a week ago.

Hi everyone, new to this thread! I have some guinea eggs in the incubator and last night one of the eggs was shaking and now tonight another one is shaking. It is only day 23. Should I be worried that they might hatch a couple days early? How long could it take until I see a crack in the shell? Any info would be great!

these guys hatched yesterday, and this morning. they were under a hen, she had eggs of diff ages and these were a day late so I put them in incubator. I have a black a blue and a silver. all were diff. moms.the blue came from a green egg the dad was a blue frizzle.

Ok I'm gonna brag my first hatch ever and 3 weeks of nervous waiting sweating and all for a 90% hatch so far. Lady's and gents let me introduce my black copper, blue copper, and cuckoo marans
