In the Brooder
Those are well within acceptable limits. Remember a broody outside would fluctuate that much over night also.
Thankx bro

Ive heard great things about both, i dont mind hand turning the eggs but the incuview does both for the same price however everyone seems to like the brinsea better and its been around longer and people seem to have good hatch rates with them. I just dont want another styrofoam one, it was hard regulating the temp and humidity especially at hatch time. If im gonna spend the money i want a good one, and in that price range those 2 seem the best, honestly i am leaning more towards the brinsea though!I've never used both. When I was on the market for a new bator I did concider both. I chose a Brinsea Octagon 20. I did not buy the turner or humiditor box. Mine works just great. I manually turn the eggs 3 times a day and watch the humidity. I've never had such great hatch rates.
Never had one, but I've heard bad reports about those cheap incubators. I guess it depends on the value of the eggs/chicks as to whether you want the chance it.Does anyone have any insight on this "generic" incubator on amazon or ebay

or http://www.ebay.com/itm/Automatic-4...17edaf6&pid=100337&rk=1&rkt=1&sd=112087491962
also this similar looking one... https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01K78N1KU/ref=ox_sc_act_title_2?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A327G0VM18EU0N
The price seems good. But I wonder if it will work. Also what is the deal with the egg turner...it says it "turners will turn every 2 hours but are not designed to always switch side after turning. If the hatching environment is within proper temperature and humidity level it should not have any negative effect on eggs." What does that mean in regards to results?
thanks for the insight
I am trying to decide on whether to buy a brinsea 20 or an incuview and i was wondering if anyones ever used both of them and which one you would recommend, Thanks.
