The NFC B-Day Chat Thread

I read up on that frosting on King Arthur's website, it sounds good! Not so sweet as a buttercream.
It is very good. I had this recipe for quite awhile before I tried it. It sounded interesting. You’d never know it had flour in it.
I had extra cupcakes so I used that Swiss Merengue frosting on them. Hubby was going to the bank so he brought them with. They like my goodies there. The frosting passed inspection :lol:
