Appreciate that Sean, but 'weird' is a real state. It bothered me as a kid, but I have come to embrace my weirdness. When he was about 8 my oldest grand son told the Princess, "Emmy, Pa is really weird." Being concerned she asked him, "You mean scary weird?" His reply, "No way. He's awesome weird. None of my friends have a grandfather like him." Love that kid. I'm not allowed favorites, but ------------------

I've never had a tin roof to sleep under but I do love to hear a gentle rain on leaves.

We have tin on the house and barn and chicken coops.

I was raised in the burbs too. But ran around in the woods catching critters.

The really neat thing is that he has voiced the opinion that everyone knows that Pa's favorite is his younger brother. Hmm, he's a pretty neat kid too.
