My speckled Sussex all have E names, so if it's a pullet I'll have to change it. I'm thinking Easy Pisa.

I've got eggs in the incubator hatching this morning & one has the chipmunk SS markings

I have SS rooster, but no hens, so it's a mix, but the mixes have all turned out to be beautiful & of good temperament.

Can't wait to see the little fluffies! I love watching them grow from hatch colour to feathered colours ! It's like those invisible ink paged you colour in to find out what's beneath ! I can't wait to get my bator humming again !

Two baby roos I'm growing out. My own hatch on the left, a feed store chick on the right. And two weeks' age difference. The chick I hatched just has such lovely dark feathers compared to the other. I almost don't want to waste my time with the feed store chick. Guess I could pair him with two pullets and move them as a trio...
