I'd say he was BCM if he was mine.

Henry, who came from a chicken sitting on 13 eggs in the brush and came walking out with them. 9 survived and 3 were roosters, I got this one.

Definitely mixed, but very handsome. I haven't seen a BCM bred to the UK Standard in a hot minute. So because of the clean legs I'd assume he was mixed unless he was with a flock of definite BCM hens that also had clean legs.
