Thinking about breeding Seramas.

Me and my mom love the way these little birds look. We would love to breed and sell them. Our coop is set up for breeding too, it would be perfict!!! So can any one tell me how i should go about this? Who are the 2 (two) best breeders i can get some eggs from? I would like to start this spring!!! I am kinda excited!!

You need to join the SCNA http://www.seramacouncilofnorthamerica.com/ become familiar with the breed and breeding enough that you can make the best choices if you plan to breed and sell. They are still fairly rare and definitely valuable but if you aren't breeding quality, you may as well give them away as pets. The teeny ones may draw you in the most, but they are not necessarily the best choice for breeding. Learn all you can "before" you buy and your experience with raising them will be so much better!
