Tiny egg!

I found this strange tiny egg in box today. Not sure who laid it but all girls seem fine acting as they normally do. All have been laying for awhile now the last started several months ago.Should I be concerned? This is the first time I've found an odd one though I have gotten some super large ones that were double yolks.
