Check his ear holes make sure they’re not clogged from a sinus infection also. Mine was acting like this and he had a severe sinus infection he never recovered by the time I caught it. That pic looks clogged may not be.

Ah, that’s just his skin! Unfortunately he passed earlier. Still have no idea what happened, but I knew it was over when I picked him up to adjust his feet and he reacted like he was having a seizure every time he was moved. Just brought him out in the sunlight and let him relax.
