I have 4 welsummer eggs that were shipped and one of them has a hole in the bottom. It didn't puncture the sack and its still in one piece. But its pretty big. Would I still be able to incubate it if I cover it in wax or something else? Ive seen others that dropped theirs or cracked it, but didn't see any as bad as mine. Hopefully you can see what Im talking about from the pictures.

I say tape er up and giver a go! You have nothing to lose! My grandma just the other day brought me down some eggs to hatch and one has two large holes on the small end, both holes were actually leaking! I placed the sticky part of a bandaid over the holes and it even leaked through that!! And now here we are on day 3 and I can already clearly see it is developing:)

Thanks, I put a piece of masking tape over it and hope it works. Fingers crossed. : )
