I've studied the genetics of the common Cornish/Rock and didn't know someone was doing something else. I'll look into it.
Plus, I'm pretty old.

It might be worth a look to see how he is processing them, if you're that concerned with it.

I've yet to meet a processor who turned down free help, even if it's only for an hour or two, and cared if the free help ducked out during the squeamish parts.

i.e.: Our large game processor gives us a significant discount since I am his right hand man through the initial process.
