All of my first hatch failed. out of 11 , 4 grew to chicks but never hatched. last night I put in 11 more at 100 degrees with water in the botom of the bator. I have a turning schedule for 3 times a day, morning,afternoon , and evning. this is all i need to do , right?

You should also put a hydrometer in the bator to make sure your humidity isn't to high/low
