X 2. At a month of age coccidiosis is the first thing I would think of to cause lethargy and death. Enteritis is something that might affect birds when they are older, and can happen after a bird has had cocci. Only 2 out of 9 strains of cocci will cause blood in stools. Treating with Corid for 5 days is not hard on them, especially if it would save a life. Cocci will be affecting the intestines 3 days before symptoms may show up.If they were mine I would start them on Corid. Can you post a picture of poop from a sick one?
