Hatching
Ok, thankyou! I thought I would be fine letting nature take its course, as you say, they've been fine sharing the nest this whole time! But I'd just read recently in a duck book that you shouldn't put two broods in together, but maybe that was based on the fact that they had initially nested separately. Who knows! This is only my second time hatching naturally from a broody and last time we had to take them away as it took her two weeks to hatch the clutch as we hadn't realised another duck was continually laying in there!
Learnt from that mistake, only to now have to deal with co-parenting! Lol fingers crossed it all works out
