UPDATE….so I let them roam freely yesterday ,& I watched. The 2 barred rock chickens were picking on it and chasing it . Anyone know what this is ?

That’s what I’m thinking as well… I have 4 & they are about 3 months old now

Pecking, my English Orpingtons had that issue when they where a bit over crowded in the pen. I removed all the cockerels that where picking on the late bloomers and got them sold off and they started recovering.

Try giving them more space. It helped with my guys and girls.

Just time and space. You can get the antiseptic spray or the anti pecking one from TSC. I didn't use anything but getting the numbers down in the pen they where in and starting to let them out during the day.

Are they outside to range freely about your yard?

If not, let them out, they need to explore and broaden their experiences.
