I have a turkey I found this morning laying down not wanting to move. After looking him over he seems to have something wrong with his vent. It is crusty and dark around the edges and greenish like there's poop stuck to it towards the inside but he has white stuff coming out of it. There was a long string of white when I checked him that made me think work but it was just sticky liquid. He was fine yesterday ate well drank water, did his dance last night. A couple of days ago his beard looked whitish but then it went away and returned to normal colors I did not think much of it he was acting normal otherwise. I'm not sure if that means anything today he looks a little pale but not white like that day.
While looking him over I noticed his feathers underneath are mostly gone I hadn't noticed that before. I'm not sure what that is from. He is also missing some feather on his back and has some scratches where skin was broken. That I thought could just be from messing around with the other turkey.
On a feather related note I have been thinking my chickens have lice because of missing feathers, picking under vent area, and low egg count but haven't been able to find any bugs or eggs. Could that be why his feathers are missing because of lice? I still couldn't find any bugs or eggs on him. IMG_20190410_104113.jpg IMG_20190410_104125.jpg
I tried cleaning him up as best I could. Do I put antibiotic ointment on his vent?
I don't know what to do for him he seems very weak just wanting to sleep, doesn't want to eat .I dropped some water into his beak and he drank some but not much.
He is currently outside of the coop laying in a pool filled with straw with water and food for him but he just doesn't seem interested in moving.
Does anyone have any idea what it could be? Or how to help him?
I tried taking photos but they aren't very good quality I apologize.
Thank you for your help.

Have you also posted on the turkey forum? I am more familiar with chickens than turkeys, but hopefully, others will chime in. How old is he? Can you give him some water with electrolytes (SaveAChick, NutriDrench) or even pedialyte or Gatorade? Coccidiosis might be a problem, or he might have eaten something that made him sick. Corid (amprollium) can treat that. How does his crop feel—empty and flat, or full, hard, or puffy? Is he constipated?

He is a year old. His crop feels empty. They haven't been fed anything new. They are still contained in their coop/run because of the mud.
I posted it in the turkey forum thank you for that suggestion. I've given him some vitamins in the water-he the vitasol I had.
I don't know about the constipation as I mentioned the white stuff coming out. Since moving him he hasn't done anything yet.

I might consider buying some Corid. Give him a few drops orally, now and twice a day, then treat his water 2 tsp per gallon of water for 5-7 days. TSC and feed stores sell Corid in the cattle medicines. The liquid is usually cheaper than the powder at TSC. Encourage him to drink often.

If it is the coccidiosis. Is there anything I can do for him myself? I can't take him to the vet. He is just laying there sleeping.
I checked my other turkeys and the girls are fine but second male also has the same thing around his vent it's crusty and had the white coming out. It seems a bit more swollen than the first turkey, but he is acting normal ate his food, his crop is full. He is doing his dance. He is still in with everyone, do I need to remove him too? I currently don't have a spot to put him to keep him contained , if I let him free range am I just spreading aroumd the yard anything he might have?
