I set shipped eggs last week that were delayed in shipping and arrived looking like they had a rough journey. They were well packed and none cracked.
Today I candled them. Of 7 I had two blanks, 1 blood rings, one really dark egg that is unknown, one that looked typical and two that looked like this. Is this a viable egg? Is the veining that abruptly ends half way through the egg an indication that this is a blood ring forming? The eggs are being incubated horizontally in a brinsea incubator.
