Vitamins & Electrolytes - How Much?

After trying almost everything to get my chickens in better health, I finally found a feed store that carries a vitamin/electrolyte supplement.  It is the Durvet brand, and it states it is a water soluble premix of vitamins and electrolytes for poultry, swine, ruminants and horses.

It somes in an 8oz package and it is a powder.  For whatever reason, I am having a hard time figuring out the measurement conversion, so I'm hoping that someone can tell me how much they use?

The package says to dissolve one package in 110 gallons.  Because it needs to be mixed fresh each day, I figure that I would fill the waterer with the powder and just a half gallon of water daily.  But the math is screwing me up.  So, if I would mix the whole package (8 oz's) into 110 gallons, how much should I mix with just a half gallon?

I know its' silly that I can't seem to figure this out, but my brain has been stretched a bit thin lately with the kids home all day for summer!!!
I have a similar mix that I use for my flock. I use 1/8 tsp to 1 gal. They seem to be fine with that. No side effects except larger eggs.
