Way behind on posts. Stopping in to say
.
The girls are proving themselves to be dumb as chickens. Two evenings in a row, they didn't go in the coop and got locked out when the automatic door closed. Now I get to get up early tomorrow and begin the process to override the light sensor.
The little boys are cute as could be - and rapidly changing. Cocoa and Roca have a bunch of white on them now. They're no longer dark - beginning to resemble a lighter grey. Blackie took on the big girls yesterday (or rather, the big girls took on Blackie) when he decided to fly out of my reach when I was trying to get him out of the chicken tractor and back indoors. Oh, that was fun. Scared the you-know-what out-a me. Rhodie was ready to attack. Drama was big and clumsy and almost stepped on him. Not sure which would have been more devastating. Mean Rhodie bird fight or being flattened by a burly Brahma.
Well, I'm tired. I have pages, and pages to catch up (259), but I'll do that in the morning. Have a good one!
