Most of them I can tell at hatch due to the down color.Sure!! Can you tell what is what at hatch? I'd be willing to pay a bit more to try to get what I want

Ripples are a bit more difficult since there is no distinction until they start to feather. But I will likely keep the ripples separate from the pied and barred that way i know for sure which are rippled
I don't take payment until they hatching starts and I know I am able to fill your order. Easier to keep track that way Then there are no "IOUs"Bam!! tPerfect!! Will probably pay you in advance for a certain number of birds and shipping..getting tax check and that's the easiest way to make sure I have the money lol!
There are quite a few good (and bad) breeders of ancona ducksNever seen a person specialize in ancona ducks.I got some magpies from a guy but coyotes got them. They were my favorite duck breed and i would like to get something simiIar. I could start a big project with these because their are so many different color mutations. Do you sell them by color or in mixed groups?
Tricolors don't display the "typical" ancona pattern. Asymmetrical markings in a patchey/spotted pattern. They are more solid in color and can easily be mistaken for poor quality runners as they can look very similar to fawn and white runners. What is wrong with or about tricolors? Can you post a picture of one? What makes an Ancona show quality? Lots of questions... I get why you wouldn't want a white Ancona because at least part of their appeal is their interesting colors. I am not sure why on the tricolor though.
