I have 3 hens and 1 rooster that are a year old and 3 hens that are 10 weeks old. The other day I decided to move one of the adult hens to an inside pen because she had become a feather picker and picked the neck feathers from the other 2 adult hens and the rooster. The following morning her poop was completely watery and it didn't appear that she was eating. She stayed to herself in a corner and did not lay an egg (she is VERY consistent with a daily egg, even in our NY winter). I thought maybe it was stress from being removed from the flock and thought she'd come around. As the day continued she still had liquidy poop and continued to drink, but not eat. Day 2 I took her to my vet. He viewed her sample through a microscope and didn't see any worms. When I arrived home I noticed another hen had liquid poop as well. This is day 2 of hen 2 having watery poop, but she is eating and walking around just fine. I was able to get a stool sample from hen 2 to the vet for a fecal float and it tested negative. He gave me albon for both hens. My concern is that the first hen is very lethargic, still has watery poop and is eating little to nothing. I'm not sure what else to do for her and am freaking out about it. I just purchased some probiotics and had them overnighted to me for tomorrow.

Do you have any suggestions? I'm so scared and feel terrible for my girls :(

I would have guessed worms as well.
Diarrhea can mean cocci, although you'll normally see blood if it's that.
I'm not sure, hopefully somebody else will reply with better advice. Best of luck with your girls.

There are several strains of coccidia that do not cause bloody stools. Since you have two chickens suffering from this, I suspect coccidia. Albon will treat coccidia. Did your vet tell you to treat the entire flock?

He has me treating only the two hens. He doesn't believe it's coccidia because the fecal float came back negative. Today I'm noticing that a 3rd hen (Roseline) is looking pale, but she is acting completely normal. I guess her paleness could be in my head as she is eating, drinking and roaming the yard like normal. Even the 2nd chicken (Annabel) is acting normal, she just has watery poop. It's the first one that got sick (Gatsby) that is keeping to herself and not eating much. Gatsby is still drinking and I watched her eat a tiny bit earlier today, but she hasn't left the run and is just staying to herself.

He said he wanted to be safe just in case something manifests. This is day 4 of watery poop. She's been on the albon for 2 days. She's still not eating much (almost nothing) but is drinking. She's alert, but still maintaining her distance from the flock. She went in to roost at 7pm last night, which was an hour and 30 minutes before the rest. This morning she hasn't ventured out of the coop, but is awake and shifted out of my way when I was cleaning the coop. I'm going to call the vet today to see what he says. I'm also waiting on a delivery of probiotics and will be adding that to their water today when it arrives.

Can you get the supplies to tube feed? Look up thread about tube feeding. A woman posted pictures of chicken anatomy, supplies and links to videos tube feeding. I just learned to do this Monday. It's not hard.
