We just got our first egg! Should we change feed?

We got out first eggs today too!! I'm super excited. But the guy at the feed store told us not to eat the eggs because they were medicated. Anyone else ever hear of this?

Actually, Amprolium is safe in eating eggs. I have done it, but then I have also eaten Tetracyline eggs. I don't have allergies to either. I am not dead yet. I wouldn't do it as a matter of habit. I never sell my eggs to others if I have treated my birds with anything. Other people with allergies could develop some reaction to the eggs. However, I do things that I would never tell anyone else to do (eat raw cookie dough, etc).
