We went out to the Coop today!

For anyone that has been along with me from my troubled beginning and anyone new, my 8 week old chicks made the move to the great outdoors tonight! I heard a ruckus last night and came out to the garage where the brooder was and 75% of my chicks were sitting on top of their 5ft fence and 2 were outside the fence walls! I put a 5ft old dog kennel around the original brooder to give some more room and they seem to have out grown it! Didn’t snap a picture because I was in partial shock of what I was seeing but it was quite the surprise! So i made a quick top for it for the night at midnight (thanks chickens) and when I got home from work we made the move! All 18 ready to explore their new home for a few days until the pop door gets opened to explore their run!

Chicks seem to love to surprise us, don't they? Congrats on getting everyone rounded up and on being able to keep them safe, despite their escape efforts.
