We have 10 chicks born October 10. They were in the 2x4 brooder which became too small for them. The weather was nice (higher 60s at night, 80s during date time) and we moved chicks to outdoor coop few days ago. However, here is our weather forecast and I am not sure will they be fine in the outdoor coop.

I suspect they will be fine, as they are well above the age where they can regulate their internal temperatures and that isn't a super large drop in temperature for chickens, but I do understand the concern. Are they well feathered so far? What breeds are they, and large fowl or bantam?

Thank you for answer! I am already feeling better.

They are all regular size.
1 Partridge Olive Egge hen
2 Bountiful Blue Egg Layer hens
2 Blue/black Favaucana hens
1 Welsummer rooster
1 Lavender Orpington hen
1 Golden Cuckoo Marans hen
2 Blue Splash Ameraucana hens

Not sure how good they feathers are, attached photos.

Chiken run is 24x8 and they coop house is 6x8

Very nice coop! I think they'll be just fine!
