I Was just going for lower calories and exercise every day, but then I was told that my body will get used to the same calories and burn less of them, and that I needed to split up my exercise so that it won't get used to the same calorie burn each day.
So now I have cardio day, leg day, arm day, ab day, mixed strength and cardio, and a rest day.
And I have high to moderate calorie day, fast day, moderate and low-calorie days.

I have lost 15 pounds, Now have arm and thigh muscles and... My Allergist told me yesterday that breathing test was excellent and it wasn't possible for it to be better.

Once those allergy shots kicked in- I had energy for the first time in a decade.
I am much happier.
except on fast day. but I do drink broth and I juice. I just don't chew stuff.

no, not yet, but there is buff potential.

and I can breathe again, which is the main goal, to be healthy.
that is really awesome........

I remember leg days........lol.......walking out of the gym on shakey knees.....having to use my arms to pull up into the truck......getting the little busted blood vessels in my forehead on heavy days......
