It came from TSC so I don't think it would be mille or calico. Honestly I can't say for sure it's a cochin, but I don't know what other breed it could be with a single comb, heavily feathered feet, and no muffs.

Yea but I think Calico covers about any mixed coloring like that. Mille is a little more particular.
