What age should I butcher my roosters

What age do you butcher your dual purpose roosters at?

RIR
BO
BR
SS

I sold my first group of 5 RIR roosters at 7 months old--I am sure that they were eaten. I butchered the snd group at 7 months, did it myself. I think some others here take them older, but mine were becoming a nuisance.

I've so far done 15 and 19 weeks, because that's when those particular roos were driving me nuts. I have two left, 20weeks today, that so far are behaving properly, and shall live as long as they do so

There is no "right" time, or rather, ANY time is the right time. They are delicious!
