What am I?

I have a rooster that is white, has a very very light yellow straw color on neck and saddle.
Any idea breed? Maybe bad quality Rhode Island White or white Orpington or white Rock?
I have a pure bred black Australorp hen with him and their chicks are huge! Like really big!
Any help would be really great! Thanks!!
