What breed and gender could this chick be?

I got 12 pullets from are local feed store and the chicks came from privett hatchery. We can't figure out what breed or gender this chick could be since one of are blue Andalusians turned out to be a rooster. Need some help please!

if it has a pea comb its a brahma, if it has a single comb its a cochin

Then it would be a cochin. Do you know what type of cochin and gender?
