What breed are these girls ?

I got 2 pullets from an Amish farm. The man called them Roo Red's. I am guessing red broilers but I'm no pro so would like an expert's guess. They are around 4mths old. The pic you can't really tell but they have black at the tips of their tails. They are heavy. Also they have a big buldge on the right side of their chests , is that normal ?

They're probably some sort of Red Broiler cross, though its possible that they're a form of Production Red (which are good egg layers). The bulge is probably their crops (a food storage organ).

I checked the buldge this morning and gone. Thank you for the crop info. I researched it. ( I'm a noob ) Seems to be doing it's job.
