These two I cannot determine. The small hen in the background is about half the size as the white hen.

Considering that you're in Pakistan, they are likely not any specific breed but one of the landrace 'types.' There are a few landrace types that are specific to certain regions.
She's a Hen (female).
Another pic of the little one I'm unsure of gender and breed. Gender is more important though it's supposed to be female
