What breed? Australorp, Jersey Giant, Portsmouth Rock?

I took in 3 chicks. I was hoping that they were all girls, lol. They are just 7 weeks old.

Well this one started mounting one of the other chicks a week ago... So Roo. Anyone have a guess on the breed?

It looks like a pullet, and when they are young even pullets will sometime mount the other chickens.

Oh no... We could never do that. They were hatched from my daughter's 3rd grade class. Slipped tendons and splay legs. Bella and Dixie are fixed Squeak is still a mess and will always be disabled. But no stew pot for them.
