Its impossible to tell with so little detail mate. Gender is hard at that age to, did you not ask when you got it?

You'll have to wait until around six to eight weeks for the breed. Six weeks for gender. Is it a bantam? Where did you get it?

Looks like an EE I had once who layer pink eggs. It's a hen, that's for sure. I think she is an EE. She could also be Golden Penciled Hamburg.
Can you give more pictures of her head? I can't tell if her comb is single or a pea comb.
I think she is an EE without a beard. Do you have any other chicks with her? Were did you get her? Can you post pictures of the other chicks that is with her? This would help figure out what she is.

I agree with @Lacy Duckwing that it looks like an EE. Like I said before, one of my EE chicks (it was a girl) looked just like that. But the biggest question I think people want an answer to is, Where did you get him/her and why didn't you ask for breed/gender details?
