What Breed of Duck Should I Get?

I see from your profile that you also have Campbells and Anconas. Which of the three breeds have you found to be the best layers?

So far my Magpie, as far as I can tell by the eggs. During mid-winter Campbells don't lay, Anconas lay once in awhile and my Magpie laid more often, and her eggs are big, so magpie, though campbells do great in the summer.

Main reason I didn't vote Calls and I love them is they fly and I already have 1 breed of flying ducks{muscovy} and That is enough wing clipping.

I chose Calls because... Calls! I actually wouldn't get them myself (No matter how cute they are

). But you said you have no preference, and they are cute little buggers...
My second choice would be Khakis!

It really depends where you live. Calls are the cutest things on the planet, but they can fly and are loud. Also depends on why you want them. Eggs, looks, pets, meat. I voted for Silver appleyard.
