What breed?

This chicken is a sweet thing. She's a bantam of some type and apparently a frizzle but beyond that I'm clueless. Any ideas out there?

After searching around the Japanese bantams on google I came across the serama chicken. I think this May be a buff serama frizzle. Are all seramas bantams?

Sure looks like a frizzled serama. Seramas are the smallest chicken breed in the world, so they're all bantams
