What breed???

I recently bought this chicken along with three others,and the guy selling them to me said she is a Cochin, but I seriously doubt this.
Can someone help me identify what breed she is?? She lays green eggs.

That is NOT a Cochin, ugh I hate how deceitful people are now days! If it's laying green eggs it's most likely an Easter Egger cross...possibly with some Cochin mixed in as I think I saw some feathers on it's feet. Yes?
And it looks like it could be a frizzle, are it's feathers always so poufy?
