What color OEGB is this?

I don't think it's any color that is currently listed on Privett's site. They may be breeding other colors in small numbers, and putting them in assortments but not listing them separately.

Looking at your chick photos, and the illustrations in the thread you linked, I would consider these varieties most likely:
Blue Silver Duckwing
Fawn Silver Duckwing
Silver Ginger
Blue Silver Mille Fleur (if that exists-- it's not listed, but logically it would be Blue Mille Fleur plus the silver gene.)

The chicks illustrated in that thread don't have wing feathers yet.

Many varieties of chicks get dark feathers in their wings, sometimes with various multi-colored patterns, even if that will not be visible in the adult coloring. Many colors of adult chickens also have dark flight feathers that are not visible when the wing is folded.
I kind of didn't think so, either, they all look fairly distinct. But all of those are lovely and I would be happy with any of them! Honestly, this sweet baby could turn any color of the rainbow and I'd still be in love. But I would just DIE if this turns out to be a little blue mille fleur of some sort, that coloring is so beautiful. Also, could be TOTALLY wrong (and have been before!), but I'm guessing just based on size and temperament that this one and one of the self blues are hens and the other SB is a roo. They're both smaller and a little more skittish, whereas that third one reminds me of my older OEGB boy as a baby, he's growing super fast and he's the first to come at me and peck at my nail polish. 😆

Some updated pictures from this morning. Looking prettier every day! The comb is a little prominent, but I'm still thinking this one's a hen. One of the trio is a VERY obvious rooster, but this one and the other self blue are notably smaller and similar in behavior while the roo is... Well, he acts like a baby roo. 😂

He's a crele cockerel :)

If the chick is crele it has the cockerel colouring. But 0.1% of calico cats are male so a similar but flipped scenario might’ve occurred if this one does turn out female.
😮 That would be too cool! I'm fairly confident now that this (Sage) is a female, I've had a few batches of OEGBs and the comb development's pretty consistent with other hens I've raised. Plus comparing it to the other two in the batch, I think the roo definitely stands out! (First 3 pictures are baby roo (Storm) with her for comparison, last one is the two girls, Sage and Squirt.)
