gender makes no difference
black x blue = 50/50 chance of black/blue for each offspring
black X splash = 100% blue
blue X splash = 50/50 chance of blue/splash for each offspring
blue x blue = 25/50/25 chance of black/blue/splash for each offspring

In large numbers of offspring (say 100+), the colours will come pretty close to matching the probabilities for each offspring: e.g., 50% of hte hatch black and the other 50% blue, etc. In small numbers of offspring, the numbers may not match the prediction.
