At 4 months old, I would expect a cockerel to have obvious male saddle feathers grown in by now. I can't see any, so I'm going to say it's a point of lay pullet.

She looks pretty mature, is she the most developed girl that you have? If that's the case, I would say that the boys are having a case of teenage hormones running rampant.

It sounds like Carbon needs to be made into soup. There is no reason for you to tolerate a rooster with aggression like that, and aggression tends to be inherited, so it can get passed on to future generations.

He WILL be turned into meat if he can't stop attacking the hens, or even more so, if he kills one. I will make sure he is replaced by a nicer chicken (a silkie).
