What is happening to my Ducklings (pics Updated)

Did you know that different birds have different shaped crops?

Pretty sure peafowl and chickens are either the second or third from the left, ducks are the one on the left, pigeons are fourth to the right and I have no idea what type of bird has one like the right most.

The above pics are taken just after 5 minutes they ate.............. Actually this all things are happening to them for the first time ..... so I am worried

Are you sure whenever they ate food , the skin above their crop becomes red ? Is this normal happens to all the ducklings ?

I never paid attention to the color. Are you still feeding them whole uncooked grains?
