What is the best way to de-worm your chickens

I have two coop, each with two birds. I was planning on combining them next week because my new birds would have been separated for a month. I have not seen any problems with them other than some diarrhea issues. My problem is actually with my exhisting flock. My two BRs have worms. They look like little round worms.

I have been giving them pumpkins and carrots to see if that would help and it has. My question is what is the cheepest and easiest way to worm my birds before I add them all together. I am aware that I will have to post pone the intergration until the worms are gone. I would like to do this asap.

Use DE in there feed.
