Any ideas? Came out of a straight run tub at tsc.

You'll need to get another angle (one showing the bird's legs so we can see what color they are, whether they are clean/feathered, etc) and show or describe the comb bud as well -- this photo alone is not sufficient to begin to guess as to breed as it shows enough to *maybe* be several breeds

Sussex or Welsummer?

I've been raising chicks for 4 weeks now, so I'm not sure you need my opinion, but that looks like my welsummer did at that age. I think there are several other breeds that look similar though. Good luck!

I would guess brown Leghorn. Here's a pic of mine...It's a bit older tho.

Was the straight run tub straight run bantams? That is generally where you find SR at TSC.

Sussex or Welsummer?

While the chipmunk pattern of the down does fit both, sussex have white legs.
Welsummer is a good guess, though. ....may also be brown leghorn or a couple other possibilities...especially if bantam breeds are in the mix here

It was just a Bargain left overs box at tsc. He isn't much different in size so I don't think he's bantam.
